"...should appeal to fans of Shawn Colvin, the Indigo Girls or Ani DiFranco." Wilmington News Journal
I wrote the music to this one in twenty minutes. It just happened like that. Some of the lyrics were taken from the pages of the still-unpublished book "Twin Tongue" (give us a break, 300 pages is a lot to edit!) that my twin sister Lisa and I wrote.

Ink
How come your words are like ink on my skin?
i'm tattooed, you're sinking in.
How come doubt is like a freckle on my face?
i can't scrub it off i can't erase it.
i'm asking you what i gotta do to make you want to want me too.
How come you push when all I want is pull?
Push me away when you've had your fill.
How come my dreams are plagued with your touch?
I just can't get enough.
